Responsibilities

· Manage a roster of creator Facebook pages, owning the publishing and optimization of video content and managing community engagement

· Conduct experiments to identify effective new strategies, optimization opportunities and tracking ongoing audience and platform trends

· Manage editing, delivery, and publishing workflow to Facebook with cross-functional Studio71 teams for several partners

· Oversee aspects of video content execution including post copy, coordinating with the graphic design team, optimizing scheduling/publishing calendar, and engagement monitoring

· Reporting analytics for Facebook pages, including analysis on audience growth and demographics, video view performance, and revenue

· Manage Facebook page coordinators assigned to associated accounts, setting clear goals and relevant KPIs

What you bring to the role

· Deep understanding of Facebook optimization best practices for videos, playlists, community engagement and Reels

· Experience in reviewing and drawing conclusions from Facebook/YouTube analytics

· Previous experience working directly with talent

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Passion about digital video platforms like Facebook/YouTube and their native creators

· Proficiency in PowerPoint, Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Dropbox and Outlook

· YouTube or Facebook certification (ideally)

Qualifications

· Demonstrable knowledge of the creator ecosystem (creators, talent, MCNs, verticals, etc.); particularly on Facebook

· Must be able to organize business objectives and maintain quality communication with senior executives across Studio71 business groups (Talent, Ad Ops, Ad Sales, Legal, etc.)

·1-3 Years experience managing or developing a YouTube or Facebook channel, including managing content upload, audience development, advertising performance, reporting & analytics

· Experience using data analytics to deliver insights on digital marketing campaigns and online advertising performance

· Digital audience development experience, building audiences for online content through social media, digital marketing campaigns, online PR, SEM, publisher syndication

· Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multitask without compromising attention to detail.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Proven ability to manage multiple clients

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook, specifically)
