She Executives is seeking a Publicity Coordinator passionate about entertainment and PR within the movie and film industry. We seek someone inspired by learning new things, taking on challenges, and creating opportunities for themselves, the team, and the clients. As an entertainment publicity and targeted marketing agency, successfully builds awareness, interest, and urgency with audiences for clients and projects. Clients include best-in-class studios, streamers, exhibitors, and others.
This person will bring their PR and Marketing experience as a critical contributor to a small but growing team.
Publicity Coordinator responsibilities:
- Populate and update event, activity, and calendar listings.
- Support the team in requesting assets, cataloging, and trafficking to partners and clients.
- General administrative duties to include meeting note taking, creating agendas, updating team calendar, invoice and expense tracking, and other various tasks as needed
- Event and screening support, including inviting, tracking RSVPs, and confirming attendance
- Sourcing, inventory tracking, and fulfillment of promotional items and mailers
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions for campaigns.
- Stay current with trends, audience interests, news, and other relevant information.
- Draft press blasts, pitches, media alerts/press releases, invite copy, and other written copy as needed
- Source, track, and maintain the database of press and partner contacts
- Compile client recaps, including tracking and reporting social and website campaign metrics, press coverage, and other campaign milestones.
- Research and build media and influencer lists, including sourcing contacts, identifying opportunities for pitches and collaborations, and outreach
- Research and identify relevant partners, events, and other opportunities for client projects
- Onsite screening and event staffing and coordination, as needed

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite
Compensation, Health, and Wealth Plan:
We are a pay-for-performance employer and offer competitive pay—full-Time positions, with some overtime depending on workload. The pay range is $22.00-$30.00 Per Hour.
Work Shift Monday - Friday 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM with some weekend, and evening events.

- 3-5 years experience in publicity, digital, or marketing for entertainment, Film, or TV or streamline outlets
(can include past internships)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications at an accredited college/university
- Willing to travel and work on weekends when required
