Job Description
Job Title: Performance Manager (Client Success/Partner Manager)
Location: REMOTE/Continental U.S.
Salary: $50-$60K+ Base Salary (70% base/30% commission/bonus....OTE/Total Comp of $80-$85K)
Requirements: Client Success/CX/Performance management dealing with automotive dealers AND/OR Experience running Social Media Ads for clients (Having both would be a huge bonus)

Our social media advertising solution creates innovative advertising tech that solves real business challenges and improves and optimizes dealer social media presence driving awareness, engagement, and lead volume, ultimately growing their sales.
If you have experience in Performance/Client Experience Management dealing with automotive dealerships AND/OR experience running Social Media Ads for clients. Having both is a huge bonus, but one or the other is required.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Client Success/Experience Manager (Performance Manager), you will report to the Director of Customer Experience and work cross-functionally with the Sales, Marketing, and Ad Ops teams to aid in the creation of revenue growth. Primarily, you will be responsible for increasing client satisfaction and loyalty by managing the customer lifecycle and ensuring product performance meets their needs. You will also make sure their interactions with our cross-functional team members meet both our standards and the client's expectations. Taking a consultative and strategic approach, you will drive client retention and growth.

Qualifications
  • Managing Paid Social/Facebook Ads, etc., for clients
  • Experience working with automotive dealerships
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager or similar
  • Client Retention and Growth

  • BS/BA Degree
