Audience Development Producer Jobs

Must have experience or knowledge of:

Segment and leverage the marketing database using advanced data analytics for campaign targeting.

Advise Strategic Marketing on new technologies for new customer acquisition and audience development strategies.

Knowledge of WoW programs and/or other MSF management and DEI programs

Outstanding and proven time management and organizational skills

Assists with data and file management of course materials and other administrative support tasks

A week before the Technical Orientation, confirms with the WoW Program Management team and WoW Facilitators:

Outstanding computer skills including experience using Microsoft Office products, database, and team collaboration programs

Deliver the relevant WoW instructions, documents, links, etc. to the WoW-host countries, line managers, IT managers and WoW participants

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Knowledge and/or experience with social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram

Project manage email newsletter creation: plan and gather content, build emails, and deploy via Cheetah Digital

Proof and test emails to ensure the best reader experience

Great communication skills and ability to establish relationships with stakeholders

Experience with Basecamp and/or Cheetah Digital

· Manage editing, delivery, and publishing workflow to Facebook with cross-functional Studio71 teams for several partners

· Manage Facebook page coordinators assigned to associated accounts, setting clear goals and relevant KPIs

· Experience in reviewing and drawing conclusions from Facebook/YouTube analytics

· Previous experience working directly with talent

· YouTube or Facebook certification (ideally)

· Demonstrable knowledge of the creator ecosystem (creators, talent, MCNs, verticals, etc.); particularly on Facebook

Strong writing capabilities, with particular familiarity with AP Style, crafting effective copy swiftly and adopting a brand’s voice atop their own.

Programming TechCrunch’s homepage during East Coast hours, and sending pitches to partners like Flipboard and Apple News.

Brainstorming and pitching ideas internally to help improve TechCrunch’s presence across platforms, on its own site and wider marketing efforts.

A familiarity with performance metrics and how to use them to make informed decisions on content creation and prioritization.

An ability to tackle and prioritize several platforms and projects, with instruction from other team members.

A degree of flexibility to accommodate for breaking news situations and late breaking coverage, within reason.
