What Your Days Will be Like:
Care.com's value proposition leads with safety. There are plenty of options for finding household employees, but people come to our platform to find employees they trust. As a safety product manager, you will deliver initiatives to make that value proposition a reality.
The ideal candidate loves a challenge and can slice through complexity to develop data-backed recommendations. They should be hyper-organized, think in terms of processes and have a passion for the technical side of things. They should be able to take in qualitative customer feedback and turn it into the quantitative facts that will inform sound strategy. They should enjoy collaborating, facilitating cross-functional alignment and driving a sense or urgency across stakeholder teams.
What You'll be Working on:

• Create detailed and clear product & testing requirements.
• Ensure the availability and integrity of product data and facilitate post-analysis learning.
• Work on a product team to build, launch, and improve new and existing features.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive business results.
• Partner across analytics, operations, customer care, engineering, design and many other teams to execute the best products.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• 1-3 years of work experience; with at least 1 of those years in product management preferred
• Experience developing product and user interface requirements.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment, preferably a consumer-focused or marketplace service.
• Detail-oriented, results-oriented & well organized with excellent follow-through.
• Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
• A quantitative degree (mathematics, engineering, computer science) is preferred
• Ability to originate new creative ideas that are backed by data and to communicate those ideas to the team.
• Experience with both front end and back end work, working with a full stack development team to build features.
• Ability to think strategically and implement methodically. Strong team-orientation.

Salary Range: 94,776 - 125,164. The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Care.com's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives.
