We are looking for a
Senior Product Manager
who will be a linchpin in spearheading the Ares Power brand.
As the leader of the Product Department, managing a dedicated team, will have comprehensive oversight of the Product Line - encompassing pricing strategy, product profitability, and product lifecycle - ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
The Responsibilities Include

• Provide support to Marketing for additional projects and activities, and assist technical teams in product training for sales teams and special customer events.
• Oversee product profitability while ensuring optimal price positioning.
• Collaborate with the Brand and Design teams in defining USPs.
• Furnish consumer insights and execute competitive product analyses.
• Market Intelligence & Insight:
• Engage in product generation planning, including the active management of phase-outs.
• Facilitate collaboration with R&D, Costs, Purchase, and Logistic departments throughout the product development process.
• The Senior Product Manager, with their blend of market insight, innovation, and leadership, will be instrumental in steering Ares Power to new heights.
• Develop and implement product lifecycle management, incorporating pertinent KPIs.
• Identify key product innovation drivers and meticulously plan the product lifecycle through roadmapping.
• Amplify business growth through the introduction of innovative products.
• Analyze consumer trends and habits to pinpoint Unique Selling Points (USPs) and product specifications for competitive advantage.
• Identify and understand the target audience to tailor products and strategies effectively.
• Strategize distribution in tandem with the Sales department.
• Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) & Innovation:
• Scrutinize sell-in and sell-out data to identify lucrative business opportunities.
• Category Management & Go-to-Market Strategy:
• Spearhead pricing strategy and manage product line revenue and profit indicators.
• Establish product line-ups in conjunction with market trends and eliminate any product-related roadblocks.

Must-Have

• Entrepreneurial mindset and a knack for thriving in a dynamic start-up environment.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical and marketing information confidently at public conferences and trade shows.
• Fluency in English for daily communication.
• A university degree in Economics, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a technical field with Sales specialization.
• Strong collaboration skills essential for cross-departmental cooperation.
• Demonstrated history in managing product lines, formulating pricing strategies, and enhancing product profitability.
• High integrity, responsibility, and solid team working skills.
• At least 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in large manufacturing enterprises of Consumer Goods and Consumer Electronics.
• Availability to travel 20-30% of the time.
• A positive and open-minded attitude, eager to collaborate and share ideas.
• Proactive and self-driven with a deep-rooted passion for innovation.

Nice-to-Have

• Abroad experiences of work or study.
• MBA or other high business education.
• Proficiency in additional languages beyond English (German, Dutch or Polish preferred)
• Experience in mentoring or leading teams, especially in a start-up setting.
• Experience in in HVAC business sector
