Assistant Marketing and Communication Manager, US/Canada Residents only, Full-Time, Salary $70K-$80K

Requirements

Knowledge And Skills Required

• Strong communication/feedback skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, manage time and prioritize a range of tasks.
• Ability to work with others in a team environment.
• Experience with collaborative tools within the Microsoft environment strongly preferred (e.g. MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite required (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook). Advanced proficiency with MS Excel preferred (i.e. ability to work with Pivot tables, use VLOOKUP, and apply rules and filters).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong desire for creativity, ownership, and accountability.

Essential Duties And Position Responsibilities

• Support logistics for virtual education events, including working with vendors to plan and execute events; creating promotional pieces; submitting approved event content for uploading to Client Website and other approved sites.
• Work effectively with other BU Surgical Educational team members, such as Digital Education Specialist, Surgeon Education Managers, and Coordinator team to ensure alignment.
• Process invoices using DocuSign and Client Service Now.
• Support Digital Education Specialists with reporting metrics using MS Excel.
