Job Description
Position Summary
Working with the Director of Global Communications, the Manager is responsible for the Influencer Marketing, the Talent Management and outreach.
Tapped into the cultural zeitgeist to find relevant partners, talent and collaborators that drive earned media value and build on Bobbi Brown’s brand equity and positioning.
Responsibilities
INFLUENCER MARKETING (70%)
  • EMV Reporting – create global reporting template and activation strategies to meet and exceed EMV goals.
  • Accelerate conversation of Bobbi Brown with a focus on traffic driving influencer activation guidelines, elevated gifting, and high touch experiences.
  • Execute monthly and quarterly business recaps across initiatives results.
  • Develop influencer, event and media strategy that drives our core product business revenue.
  • Curate and manage ongoing influencer list for Bobbi Brown and global partners reporting out on learnings and key KPI’s.
  • Drive mailer strategy, concepts, and execution in partnership with agency.
  • Coordinate and manage all PR and Influencer Marketing for new launches and core product activations.
  • Organize, execute, and track influencer gifting programs reporting out on results.
  • Manage budget and develop strategy and execution for global activations and events.
TALENT / TALENT OUTREACH (30%)
  • Organize and maintain VIP talent relations and partnerships including seeding, gifting, artistry outreach, and more.
  • Regularly gift our Artists in residence with new products prior to launch.
  • Create and manage professional relationships with celebrity and VIP artistry partners.
  • Ensure Artistry is infused throughout all social platforms in an ownable, unique and platform maximizing way.
  • Work with key regions to integrate our Artists in residence into regional programming.
  • Negotiate and manage contract details for talent and partnerships, work closely with the legal team on all negotiations.
  • Concept and execute celebrity, influencer, and media events.
  • Provide organized reporting and impactful recaps and presentations reflecting the KPIs of each campaign and always on.
  • Partner with key regions to integrate our Artists in residence and BB Pros into market initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, education and social to identify content opportunities and integration into 360 programming.
Qualifications
Qualifications
  • Luxury experience is highly recommended
  • Strong relationship building skills with internal and external partners, ability to motivate a team
  • Must be able to manage budgets
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Knowledge of and relationships with celebrities, influencers, makeup artists, and entertainment talent and their agents
  • Must possess strong communication and organizational skills
  • Global strategic thinking
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $82,500 to $135,500. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
