Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics or equivalent

3+ years of related credit experience

Excellent communication and organization skills.

Responsible for credit evaluation and deal maintenance.

Review potential assets and prepare credit application to make investment recommendations.

Ensure compliance with applicable investment guidelines.

Assist with investor processing activities for commingled funds including data entry, data quality checks and statement preparation.

Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in financial services industry

Real estate investment knowledge preferred

Auto Finance Underwriting Manager for the Central States (Texas) market.

Associate degree or an additional 2 years of indirect underwriting experience.

Minimum 5 years of indirect underwriting experience.

Computer knowledge working with Microsoft Excel and Pivot tables

In market experience highly preferred

Excellent written communication skills are also required.

Strong analytical / problem solving and project management skills

Required experience: Fund finance experience in either Subscription Financing and/or NAV facilities

Support origination of Fund finance facilities from pitching and origination to structuring, diligence, documentation and execution.

Oversee the execution of increase and extension activity and support the development and industry knowledge of junior team members.

Associate Credit Analyst, Specialty Finance

Review management fee calculation, rebates and offsets for accuracy and completeness

Oversee the review of daily bank activities, manage cash with the deal team

Manage upward – communicate any issues and help come up with solutions

4+ years public/private experience is preferred

Experience in the financial services and/or credit industries is preferred

Investran knowledge is a plus

Analyze various risk elements of credit risk, and present written executive summaries to the management of the Credit Department.

Portfolio Management: supports the review and challenge of the quarterly and annual monitoring for assigned portfolio.

Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate credit risk. Leverage Lending experience preferred.

5-9 years of work experience.

Ability to manage deal volume in a fast-paced environment and analyze the credit application in a short timeframe.

Knowledge of legal documentation associated with credit risk.

Reviewing of management fee calculations and billing statements

Manage the cash balance of each fund to determine the need for capital calls, distributions, etc.

Prepare client reports and summaries for portfolios managed under Blackstone Insurance Solutions

4+ years of related experience in public accounting and/or private equity fund administration

Strong technical accounting and analytical skills

Prepare, review and post J/E into Investran (G/L accounting system)

Generate internal deal ratings, maintain applicable scorecards, monitor limits, oversee data accuracy to ensure compliance with internal data generation/management guidelines.

Bachelor’s/University Degree in Quantitative Fields such as Economics, Engineering, Operations Research, Business Finance, Mathematics or equivalent experience.

Work proactively with Origination, Risk, and other internal constituents to ensure timely execution and internal reporting of new deals, syndication, amendment.

Liaise closely with Private Credit team to accurately maintain comprehensive lists of collateral approvals, pricing adjustments, and advance rate changes.

Provide the Origination team with requested historical asset performance data and other ad hoc requests, maintain various internal databases.

Validate Borrowing Base model for each new deal and subsequent changes.

• Provide performance analytics to senior management and the Investor Relations group.
