Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Entry level or 1-2 years of Trading or Markets experience

Bachelor's degree in relevant coursework (Economics, Finance, Data Science, Engineering, Math, or related)

Advanced Excel and MS Office skills; proficiency in data analysis tools or programming preferred

Provide support to traders covering institutional accounts and making markets in municipal bonds and other non-profit securities

Strong analytical / problem solving and project management skills

Required experience: Fund finance experience in either Subscription Financing and/or NAV facilities

Support origination of Fund finance facilities from pitching and origination to structuring, diligence, documentation and execution.

Oversee the execution of increase and extension activity and support the development and industry knowledge of junior team members.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

3-6 years of relevant experience

Run execution processes for new products and funds working closely with legal/compliance, finance and asset management teams

Prior work experience in investor relations or management/strategy consulting is preferred

Leadership and strong project management capabilities

1+ years of professional experience

Strong conceptual, problem solving and analytical thinking abilities

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Prior Management experience strongly preferred

Prior experience using portfolio management software (i.e Advent Geneva) strongly preferred

Responsibilities include managerial oversight of four employee team supporting six unique businesses in the Structured Credit Department

At least 8+ years of experience working with CLO/Structured Finance Trading Products

Analyze trade compliance/surveillance metrics and send out daily regulatory trade requirement reports to the desk

Track and report compliance risks to portfolio managers based on risk appetite and recommend strategies to mitigate issues
