Toll Brothers Apartment Living is growing and is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a luxury residential property located in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

In this role, you will oversee the marketing program, leasing operations, financial analyses, maintenance operations, and staffing for this brand-new, luxury apartment community.

We seek an outstanding candidate with a minimum of five years of apartment management experience, including recent experience as an Assistant Manager or Property Manager. A four-year college degree and intermediate Excel skills are required.
