Assistant Property Manager (Pasadena, Ca)

Summary of :The temporary Assistant Property Manager is responsible for the repair and maintenance of plaza properties and performs lease administration work related to billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. This position coordinates with vendors and tenants on maintenance and repair and helps resolve property repair and maintenance issues independently. The Assistant Property Manager also reviews recurring charges in the property management system (Yardi) for all tenants to ensure charges are accurate and makes billing changes and corrections as needed. This position tracks, reviews, and codes property invoices (e.g., property tax, utility, repair and maintenance invoices) and ensures payment is processed on a timely basis. This position interacts with tenants to ensure repair and maintenance issues are resolved and amounts due to tenants related to the terms of the lease agreement are paid accurately and on a timely basis.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required
• Minimum three years of relevant experience required
• If hired, successful completion of annual store training
• If hired, must provide proof of full vaccination on start date, unless prohibited by federal, state, or local law. Full vaccination means two weeks or more have passed after receiving the second dose in a two-dose series, or more than two weeks after receiving a single-dose vaccine. Examples of proof of full vaccination include an original, photocopied, or digital completed vaccination card that includes name, type of vaccine provided, and date of last dose administered
