Role and Responsibilities:


Our Property Management team is looking for a Regional Property Manager to efficiently and effectively manage multiple properties, based out of our hybrid regional office in Allen, TX. Your day-to-day will include but not limited to:


  • Oversee tenant move-ins
  • Develop and manage expense budgets
  • Prepare and monitor monthly and quarterly reports
  • Manage the centers within the approved budgets
  • Oversee, manage and budget Capital Expenditures
  • Manage and mentor Assistant Property Managers
  • Anticipate and identify property repair needs and successfully negotiate with vendors on behalf of the property owner
  • Oversee and manage the day to day activities of multiple properties
  • Identify property maintenance requirements, solicit, review, negotiate and execute maintenance contracts
  • Coordinate with other DLC departments including Leasing and Legal


Our Ideal Candidate Has:


  • At least 5 years of experience managing retail shopping centers
  • Ability to travel, at times overnight, as required
  • Effective oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Minimum of an Associate’s degree required
  • Passion to collaborate and see the team win
  • Confidence in decision making in high pressure situations
  • Working knowledge of building systems and components
  • Desire to continue learning and growing
  • Ability to organize work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word and Outlook
