Property Manager Jobs

We need the right Property Manager for our Vista Bella Apartments community. This property is a new affordable housing community with 72 units. Your position will ensure our residents receive timely, high-quality, professional customer service.

Requirements

Must have LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit) experience

As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in planning, directing, coordinating the selling, buying, leasing, and governance activities of residential real estate properties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.)

• Complete and submit, timely and accurately, all records, reports and documents required by the Company and federal or state agencies
• Ensure desired renewals are being captured at the highest rate possible. Inspect the property on a regular basis and schedule improvements and repairs
• Ensure property is leased at or above budgeted occupancy and rent levels based on owners’ guidelines
• Develop and implement positive resident relations program for the community
• Post, collect, track, and manage delinquency of rental and other income
• Perform Marketing/Outreach responsibilities to achieve the established goals
• Schedule all contractors for turnovers and any other services needed. Inspect all work performed prior to approval for payment

Experience:

• LITHC
• Apartment Management: 2 years (Preferred)
• Apartment Leasing
