Avp - Information Technology Infrastructure

Reporting directly to the VP of Infrastructure, the AVP will own and lead the strategic vision and oversight for the technology infrastructure architecture to include servers, databases, network and operations. You will build successful partnerships with cross-functional departments, stakeholders and leaders to accomplish mutual business objectives through effective and practical use of technology. In addition, you will provide leadership and technical competency necessary to build, develop and maintain an effective infrastructure team.

• Responsible to set up infrastructure KPI dashboards to demonstrate operational reliability
• Collaborate with senior leadership to translate new opportunities into an actionable roadmap, track progress, and deliver new product capabilities on time and on budget
• Develop and manage Disaster Recovery planning for improvement
• Maintain awareness and understanding of new technologies, platforms, and delivery approaches, and provide direction on what emerging technologies should be introduced and integrated within the organization to ensure technology capabilities appropriately support the organization’s strategies
• Lead Incident Management process during incidents to ensure that there is proper tracking and reporting.
• Analyze processes, issues and bottlenecks and make recommendations for improvements.
• Successfully manage the completion of major capital investment projects, with compelling business cases and find ways to improve the company's bottom line
• Lead the technical design, architecture, engineering, and support of On-Prem & cloud solutions
• Manage overall IT Day to day operations to improve infrastructure costs, performance, and end-user satisfaction
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, including but not limited to compliance and operational risk.
• Partner with the core operations and automation teams to meet deadlines set by leadership, resolve infrastructure issues and automate overly manual processes
• Drive accountability and metrics ownership, while effectively communicating information to the organization
• Provide infrastructure services vision, enable innovation, and seek to leverage IT trends that can create business value consistent with the company's requirements and expectations
• Build, implements, manage and support the CareCentrix technology infrastructure strategy including computers, storage, databases, and cloud operations for technology platforms and compliance
• Function as the Infrastructure solutions project leader to prioritize and manage project deadlines, navigate simultaneous projects and other cross-functional team demands, and ensure timely and effective execution and delivery of projects and related deliverables

• You have Healthcare Industry experience
• Your background includes a combination of On-Prem and cloud experience
• You are a hands-on IT leader with extensive Infrastructure technical experience and have progressively moved through the ranks of IT

• You have experience building, scaling & monitoring infrastructure for a distributed organization
• You have experience in completing major capital investment projects, managing technology vendors, recruiting and building high-performing teams, and building technical and security
• You have experience in data center operations including the implementation and support of private and hybrid public cloud computing environments
• You have a deep understanding of On-Prem & cloud security concepts, including Firewalls, VPCs, Encryption, Authentication, and Authorization (SSO, Active Directory/LDAP, etc.)
• You have knowledge of networking, computing, storage, IaaS, PaaS solutions, cloud operations, system administration, and service desk
• You have a Bachelor’s Degree, with MBA or related Master’s Degree preferred
• You have a minimum of 10 years’ IT Infrastructure related experience with a minimum of 5 years’ progressive strategy and management experience
