**Onsite Only Plano TX or Charlotte NC**

Basic Qualifications:
  • Having a good understanding of the Application Environment and its various components.
  • JBoss Portal - A seasoned Environment management/support engineer with Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Excellent planning execution skills.
  • Excellent understanding of Software Development Lifecycle especially Java-based applications
  • May require alternating weeks of 2nd shift coverage and weekend support
  • Strong communication Oral/Written and should be vocal during triage bridge lines
  • Knowledge of triage handling process Good team player as the role requires a lot of coordination with various stakeholders and partners.
  • Willing to be part of 18/7 offshore support team - This includes working in different shift timings including Weekends on a rotational basis.
