Explaining/teaching, complex ideas to multiple diverse populations and skill levels, including those with limited IT and systems knowledge.

Bachelor’s Degree in health-related study OR 4 years’ experience working in clinical setting, rehab, or healthcare marketing/admissions.

Information technology, troubleshooting experience strongly preferred.

Proactively learning and utilizing new technologies, concepts, and procedures as appropriate to requirements.

Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Work with Incident / Problem Management teams to address and resolve open incidents within the agreed upon SLA

5-10 years experience in a production support role in a distributed application environment
