Overview Senior Support Application Engineers are responsible for providing technical support and guidance to customers, partners, and internal teams. They are responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, as well as providing training and guidance to customers and partners. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction.
