Application Support Analyst
The Application Support Analyst will play a key role in the support of Indigo's in-house applications, as well as external tier 1 platforms. This person will play an important role in providing exceptional IT Service to both the end users and the Development teams.

Hands-on triaging of code and data issues
Drive daily activities to ensure the efficiency, governance, and maintenance of SOPs
Coordinate with the various teams to collate the data, scrub the data, and provide meaningful insights by Driving process improvements
Providing exceptional support to end users
Meeting SLAs defined by support and the business
Contributing to the Knowledge Base and User Self-Help systems
Assisting in the maintenance and upgrading of Support Tools
Widely viewed as someone who personifies our core values, is committed to them, and leans on them when making difficult decisions
Provide reports and KPIs around health of various applications

Qualifications

  • Experience working in an ITIL based Service Desk/Helpdesk
  • Experience with Salesforce, Oracle ERP, or similar technology
  • 2+ years professional experience in software support or motivated recent graduate
  • Experience writing Standard Operating Procedures
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, quickly pivoting environment
  • Data troubleshooting experience (Oracle, SQL, MySql, etc.)
  • Experience reviewing application logs (LogRocket etc.)
  • Some coding and scripting experience strongly preferred (node.js, Python, etc.)
  • Some AWS experience preferable
