What You’ll Do

• Frontline is looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst to be a critical member of our Customer Success team.

• Become an expert in several web-based software products used by enterprise clients.

• Support external customers over the phone and email on technical issues.

• Maintain and update documentation in the online knowledge base.

• Perform Quality Assurance (QA) testing on bug fixes and feature releases.

Skills You’ll Need

• 2+ years’ experience in providing client support for a technical product, preferably enterprise software

• Experience supporting third-party enterprise software.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident status
