Job Summary:

The role of the Application Support Specialist entails providing comprehensive assistance for the core ERP system and various internal and external applications. This position encompasses application management, support, training, and the creation of procedural documentation. A profound comprehension of transaction flows within a fully integrated system is essential. We are seeking an individual well-versed in ERP and application functions to bolster corporate operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional application support through diverse channels including phone, in-person interactions, and ServiceNow ticket resolution. Maintain service benchmarks, promptly address system concerns, and furnish users with resolutions and insights into system attributes and functionalities.

Proficiently assist and train users in all products and software interacting with the ERP. Collaborate with all stakeholders to troubleshoot issues effectively.

Identify, dissect symptoms, conduct root cause analysis, and meticulously document solutions.

Offer outstanding customer service to clients and end-users.

Provide support for third-party products interfacing with the core ERP, such as Billtrust, Worldview, Saberis, Esker AP Automation, Avalara, Versapay, and Worldpay.

Contribute to projects aimed at software implementation or enhancement. Aid in software requisition, design, documentation, unit testing, integration, and project execution.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is mandatory. A Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Possess 3+ years of hands-on experience in supporting fully integrated software solutions (ERP) such as Agility, Epicor, Trend, lnfor, Catalyst, Falcon, or Bistrack.

Proficiency in written and verbal communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.

Prior involvement in the distribution industry would be advantageous.

Exhibit strong organizational and time management proficiencies.

Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.

Aptitude for creative problem-solving.

Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
