Associate Application Support Analyst Jobs

Identify, verify and document functional and technical requirements using requirements management methodology and tools

Experience supporting cloud storage solutions (e.g., Box, Dropbox, OneDrive)

Following escalation procedures for incident and problem management.

End to end management of specific projects

Creating and management issus and incident tickets

Sharing knowledge within the team to ensure 24/6 global support.

Demonstrating effective customer service skills in communication

Minimum 3 years’ experience within an application support role

Demonstrated project management skills - preferred

Ability to assist with basic hardware configurations, database management tools and query language- preferred

Manages project plan, monitors tasks and milestones and reports project changes/status to Lead Application Analyst
