Analyst - Luxury Fashion

Adecco Creative & Marketing is looking for an Analyst for a luxury American Fashion House with a focus on Circular Fashion and Sustainability. This role is responsible for partnering closely with cross-functional teams on master data creation & management, analyze and communicate data, strengthen processes where necessary, & support the Sustainability Team in their overall efforts.

Pay for this position is $28-30hr

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create master data, pricing, costing, working line plans and tools for cross-functional partners
• Support our efforts to become a Zero Waste Certified facility as needed.
• Assist the Sustainability Manager and Sustainability Operations Manager with the execution of other projects as needed
• Assist in material preparation and QA sign off and tracking for Remade Pillar
• Update financial, operational, customer and sustainability dashboards.
• Work with cross-functional partners to resolve problems and ensure a seamless go-to-market process prior to each launch
• Maintain a database with up-to-date status on all units
• Manage the duty classification of Restored & Vintage pillars.
• Manage overall budget/invoice processing
• Coordinate the flow of product through each milestone in the go-to-market process
• Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The accomplished individual will possess

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint (emphasis on Excel)
• Knowledge of circular business models, resale, and/or retail systems a plus
• A passion for sustainability and implementing circular business models in the fashion industry

• Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
