Job Description

Adecco Creative & Marketing is searching for a PR Coordinator for a timeliness, renowned luxury fashion and beauty company in New York City.



6-12 Months Role - End of September Start

$22.50-$27.00/hr

Must be able to go on-site 4-5 days a week



Support the International Press needs within the USA region through sample coordination and operational needs to ensure the best visibility for each collection. She/he will be assisting with RTW and Accessories samples imports and exports belonging to our International Showroom and assist with the send-outs of items from our New York International Press Showroom.


SHOPPING Responsibilities

  • Create the booking planning for markets requests
  • Support the control of arrivals (Deadline of custom clearances, content, manage delays, logistics support) and communicate these with respective teams
  • Assist during internal events
  • Assist the International Press department with sample send-outs and returns from shoots, ad campaigns, etc.
  • Track imports and exports and shipping of samples lent by showrooms worldwide and edit reports
  • Use of Fashion GPS for all shipments


COLLECTION

  • Identify sample issues upon receiving imports and receiving returns
  • Maintain the accuracy of the international sample inventory in Fashion GPS in implementing quarterly audits
  • Manage the end of life of products: shipment to Paris, recycling, gifting, etc … & implement follow up chart
  • Develop chart for dry cleaner budget
  • Maintain and organize the showroom on a daily basis : VM display & storage unit by product line
  • Assist in creating International showroom samples on Fashion GPS and maintain the records of all samples received in the showroom


GLOBAL SUPPORT

Press & Influencers Operational Support

  • Assist on send-outs and returns
  • Wrap and distribute Digital Press Kits and Show Invites based on market needs
  • Ensure use of Fashion GPS for inventory and sample tracking


POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Digital Skills – tracking, PowerPoint and Excel

Experience in international shipping, import/export, flow management

Proficient in sample management

Luxury experience preferable

Fast learner – ability to train on and learn new tools
