Women's contemporary brand, made by women, for women, who stand for having fun, and not taking themselves too seriously, are hiring a Store Manager for their Soho location. This brand champions inclusivity for women of all sizes and ages.

Responsibilities include: selling, managing a team and goal-setting responsibilities, store operations, providing excellence in customer service, merchandising skills, store maintenance, administrative tasks including payroll and creating a one-of-a-kind brand experience.

Must live in New York

REQUIREMENTS :

To succeed in this position, the ideal candidate will have the following:

• Able to bring clients into the store through past relationships and cultivate new selling opportunities.

• 5-6 years experience in managing a team in a retail environment.

•Results driven, you will fully understand what drives profit and have a proven track record of growing sales figures and targets.

•Experienced in recruiting, motivating, and developing the right people to create a highly effective and successful team.

•Have effective communication, time management planning, and organizational skills.

•Responsible for generating and submitting weekly payroll to HQ.

•Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

•Proficient in Shopify and Excel

•Used to working for an entrepreneurial brand.
