Job Description

There are 100,000+ associates active in Panera’s Learning Center. We collect thousands of data points that are begging to be mined for details on their experiences and the effectiveness of our learning programs. The ideal candidate has a dedicated customer service mindset, a curiosity and aptitude for technology and demonstrates excellent critical thinking. Successful candidates will need to be extremely detailed, well organized, and an excellent communicator. The ability to listen thoughtfully and communicate clearly, at all levels of the organization, will be essential.


This role reports to the Senior Manager, Learning Technology, and will work closely with the broader HR Technology team. This role will partner with L&D leadership and the field training teams to dive into system needs, seek out feedback on system performance and effectiveness, and share insights with the broader People Team.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Join in the strategic design of learning deployments: develop new learning ideas, schedules, and implementation strategies.
  • Clearly communicate to the field through written tools and video demonstrations.
  • Audit and monitor ongoing compliance assignments.
  • Responsible for ensuring LMS data integrity thought routine audits.
  • Responsible for Cornerstone major system releases; including but not limited to researching, testing, and deploying release items.
  • Be a part of the team. Collaborate, share, participate, and celebrate.
  • Manage documentation process training materials.
  • Provide technical support for the Learning Center including case troubleshooting and resolution through ServiceNow and direct customer service support within defined SLAs.
  • Identify/enhance and document any ongoing audit processes (daily, weekly, quarterly, monthly, etc.)
  • Create and update curricula, process assignments, manage and record training completion, and provide reporting as needed.
  • Assist bakery-café teams by resolving issues on the Learning Center.
  • Optimize workflows to improve the end-user experience via automation, integrations, and opportunities for self-service.


Qualifications (Education & Experience):


  • Minimum two years of recent experience as an LMS administrator, specifically including modules related to users of e-learning content.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude, and proven ability to quickly learn new technical skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Integration implementation knowledge both into and from Cornerstone (CSOD).
  • Resourceful, independent, and have a go-getter attitude.
  • Ability to work on teams that are cross-functional, collaborative, and geographically dispersed.
  • A demonstrable, hands-on history of working with, supporting, or deploying technical systems.
  • Organized, attentive, and detail oriented. Accuracy and timeliness are key.
  • An interest in new technology, with a history of sharing new technical news with colleagues and incorporating new learnings into your work.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Day to day communications need to be clear, warm, and accurate.
  • Capable of distilling complex system tasks in an easy-to-understand manner for end users.
