Learning Technology Coordinator Jobs

Basic knowledge of Meraki Access Points, Azure Active Directory, LAN networking, and computer troubleshooting, imaging, and remote monitoring and management.

Manage Relay’s technology queue while concurrently support other projects and work under the supervision of a senior colleague.

Configuring Learning Management System (LMS) courses, user permissions, user roles, learning paths, training materials, and certifications

Demonstrated ability to solicit feedback from peers, staff and managers, and apply the learnings to enhance performance and capabilities

Providing learners with Tier II support for technical issues within the LMS and manage tickets using ServiceNow

Configuring and maintaining LMS integrations with other platforms/tools to optimize the learning experience

Leading projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, resources, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation

Experience applying design thinking, rapid prototyping and user acceptances testing to solve customer problems

Committed to customer satisfaction: exceptional skills in collaboration, consultation, communication, customer support, data analysis, and time management.

Experience in Educational Technology, Instructional design, or equivalent experience preferred.

Minimum of three to five (3-5) years of experience in Educational or Informational Technology or Online Learning.

Experience administrating and teaching with the LMS (BrightSpace/Colleague preferred).

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience using an electronic case management system.

Advanced knowledge and experience with assistive technology devices and implementation strategies.

Knowledge and experience with website design, including basic knowledge of HTML and CSS and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0.

Knowledge and experience with Universal Design for Learning.

Working knowledge of applicable federal and state laws, policies, regulations and standards (Americans with Disabilities Act Amendment and Section 504).

Knowledge and experience with computer and assistive technologies; disability practices and procedures.

Create and update curricula, process assignments, manage and record training completion, and provide reporting as needed.

Manage documentation process training materials.

Optimize workflows to improve the end-user experience via automation, integrations, and opportunities for self-service.

Minimum two years of recent experience as an LMS administrator, specifically including modules related to users of e-learning content.

Demonstrated technical aptitude, and proven ability to quickly learn new technical skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Day to day communications need to be clear, warm, and accurate.

Experience with the complexities of K-12 or postsecondary school systems and familiarity with state and federal education policies

General Project Management and Coordination

Manage administrative teams and provide direction and support as needed

Contribute to data collection instrument development and/or selection, such as student knowledge assessments, focus group surveys, classroom observations, teacher interviews

Experience performing implementation and impact studies

● Configure Learning Management System (LMS) courses, user permissions, user roles, learning paths, training materials, and certifications.

● Partner with program managers to implement certification, gaming, and badging programs.

● Configure and maintain LMS integrations with other platforms/tools to optimize the learning experience.

● Understand business strategy to deliver impactful learning experiences which accelerate Intuit’s Big Bets.

● Design and build experiences that engage learners with varied learning preferences and accessibility.

● Responsible for monitoring LMS performance, troubleshooting problems, and general platform maintenance.
