Job Description

Greyson Clothiers is seeking an IT Business Analyst with experience working with BlueCherry ERP to join The Pack. This role will make an impact on a rapidly growing business by contributing in-depth analysis and strategic recommendations on the company's technical initiatives. With a BlueCherry implementation underway, this role will be instrumental in working with CGS and the business to develop and deliver a solution that is fit for purpose. Key responsibilities include ensuring clarity of scope and business requirements, delivering technical solutions, and providing new functionality to the business. The IT Business Analyst will act as a liaison between the business users and other technical resources, as well as support users with regards to system functionality. The role will work directly with key stakeholders and end-users from across the business, as well as third-party technical resources.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work with cross functional team members to drive business process improvement and develop SOPs.
  • Support the day to day business operations using BlueCherry and other integrated systems (i.e. NetSuite)
  • Collaborate with the business to help create technical specs from business requirements
  • Perform systems analyst activities and makes recommendations in areas that require a high level of technical competency and ability to be ‘hands-on’
  • Help lead the Greyson team through a successful BlueCherry implementation and go-live
  • Manage the configuration of BlueCherry for new requirements or optimizations
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test documentation including business cases and test scripts
  • Coordinates and executes UAT sessions with the business.


Education

BA or BS in IT, MIS, Computer Science or related field


Experience

  • 2+ years of experience with BlueCherry administration
  • Experience with integration tools (Celigo would be a plus)
  • Experience working with D2C/Retail
  • Ability to understand business issues and bring various solutions to business owners
  • Experience with other ERPs, NetSuite a plus
