Experience

Focusing upon : Significant Workday or LMS coding experience

Lead transition to Workday on behalf of Technical Training.

Identifies and communicates updates to key stakeholders both locally and globally.

Ensure that all current LMS functionality translates into new system to ensure success of transition for all training stakeholders.

Maintains procedures and policies to ensure the security and integrity of the LMS.

Writes and maintains technical procedures and policy documentation.

Acts as an internal consultant by analyzing data and recommending solutions to utilize the LMS to deliver, track training and measure performance to meet organizational objectives.

Creates and updates resources to train and support learners on how to use the technology.

Requirements:

Required Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an LMS administrator or in similar position

Technical skills including troubleshooting, and understanding of directory, file structures, and systems

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Ability to collaborate with others at all levels of the organization as well as vendors

Customer service skills, responsive attitude

Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate complex technical concepts in layman’s terms.

Required Skills & Abilities:

Working knowledge of multiple web design technologies, such as HTML

Experience with online educational software, systems, or platforms

Proficient with LMS and other e-learning technology.

Exceptional with Microsoft Office Suite
