SUMMARY:

Under direct supervision assists department/division management with the planning, implementation and monitoring of programs and projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Serve as the liaison for all team members who need information and/or support
  • Contribute recognition and event expertise in design and delivery of Talent Management initiatives, including PIP and ANLC – the Firms two largest marquee events.
  • Schedule and participate in key project meetings and capture key outcomes and deliverables.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of program procedures, processes, tools and documents while supporting ongoing refinements.
  • Collaborate with external vendor resources to include graphic designers, audio visual, venues, agencies, etc.
  • Assist in the coordination and preparation of employee engagement events.
  • Manage relationships with internal partners to efficiently execute employee engagement programs and events to include procurement, risk management, legal, facilities, IT, etc.
  • Support multiple small to large size department and Firm-wide projects by coordinating associated personnel, materials, budgets and other project components.

  • Advanced personal computer skills with MS Office Suite applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point and SharePoint, PhotoShop, video editing.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Associate’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, public relations and/or 2+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience with field sales organization, event planning, or marketing services agency a plus.

CERTIFICATES AND/OR LICENSES:

Project Management Institute PMP certification, equivalent degree or accreditation desired.
