Job Title: Talent Technology Administrator
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 06+ Month (s) assignment
:
This role will provide support to the Learning Technology team. The role will primarily focus on configuration, testing and set up of LMS and related systems. This role will serve as the talent management technology team's central point of contact for updating LMS, Credly and other systems.
Other responsibilities will include system support and troubleshooting, building of instructor led training and sessions and consulting support.
• Test and review newly designed e-learning lessons from enterprise designers against a standard checklist
• Ensure that each lesson works on United enterprise operating system and browsers and appropriately passes SCORM details to the e-learning management system
• Training rollouts for AO and other ad hoc training as required
• Support the learning management team on the testing of new system (Learning experience platform, video content management system, resource scheduling system, external content (Pluralsight), etc.
This work will be executed by conducting specific use case testing provided by the team
• Based on new content or configuration release, serves as a central point of contact for the new systems
• Test the new systems, setup, configure and document
• Work with the learning consultants by communicating to enterprise training leads as needed
• Provide end to end system support for Learning Management and associated systems.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years’ experience with HR Systems including (LMS, HRIS, talent acquisition systems, or ITMS)
• Knowledge of enterprise learning management systems and/or Learning experience platform
• Attention to detail
• Strong written communication
• Systems analysis and evaluation
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
• Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
Preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Technology, education
• Experience with Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD) learning management system
• Knowledge of development tools and SCORM
