What You Get To Do

As an Assistant Supervisor of Operations for Guest Arrivals, you’ll help lead and inspire a team to deliver great guest experiences from the get-go. You’ll model and perform the highest standards of service as you foster a positive atmosphere for everyone you come into contact with. Get ready to help us show our best right when guests first show up! You will:

• Other duties as assigned based on business need
• Ensure adherence to all cash handling procedures.
• Create an inspiring, collaborative, innovative and results oriented location environment fostering guest service, job satisfaction and retention.
• Demonstrate day to day and forward-looking ownership of areas through responsibility of facility performance, acting with integrity and professionalism, following through on commitments and making educated decisions with a sense of urgency.
• Work any Front Gate position based on business need
• Respond to guest and team member needs by utilizing problem solving skills to ensure positive resolutions as needed.
• Perform all frontline duties as needed to include tollbooths, turnstiles, ticket windows, upgrade counter, and Quick Queue
• Develop team members by providing training, feedback and coaching.
• Ensure departmental goals for Safety, Cleanliness, Gate Penetration, and World Class Service are met
• Upkeep all documentation, team member files, schedules, databases, and generation of regular reports.
• Assist leadership in establishing a workplace environment that promotes personal development of self and others, creating high morale amongst entire team and sets the example for development.

What It Takes To Succeed

• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• Be a role model for SEA safety, guest service, cleanliness and grooming standards.
• At least 18 years of age with a valid high school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable speaking in front of large groups.
• Flexible in work location.
• Valid driver’s license and able to meet company driving guidelines preferred
• Able to work a minimum 20 hours per week for Part Time with flexible schedule, including weekends, mornings, evenings and holidays
• Previous supervisory experience preferred, but not required.

What Else Is Important

• Able to remain calm and professional during challenging situations.
• Able to lift 25-50 lbs. occasionally depending on location
• Position will perform frequent simple hand grasping and fine manipulation (use of keyboard/writing) work
• Able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying Florida weather, to include extreme heat
• Able to operate in a cash handling environment.
