Your Role: Adventure Guide Extraordinaire
As an Adventure Guide, you're not just a guide – you're the heart of the experience. Your infectious energy and love for storytelling will immerse our Guests in the wonders of the world. Collaborating with your fellow co-Guide, you'll create a seamless, stress-free journey filled with captivating narratives, surprises, and the signature Disney VIP treatment.
What You'll Do
Engage Guests with the magic of the destination, sharing insider information that brings each place to life.
Coordinate all aspects of the trip, ensuring smooth logistics from transportation and entertainment to accommodations and meals.
Craft compelling stories and speaking points, transforming each location into a captivating adventure.
Act as a liaison between Guests and vendors, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
Be the source of the daily itinerary, adapting to changes while keeping the excitement alive.
Foster connections among fellow travelers, turning a group into a close-knit community.
Manage unexpected situations with poise and prioritize safety at all times.
Make crucial decisions to ensure Guest satisfaction and seamless experiences.
Dive into the activities yourself, from surfing to zip-lining, creating memories alongside the Guests.
What You'll Bring
A deep passion for travel and adventure that's infectious to those around you.
Proven guest-facing experience, ideally in travel, tourism, hospitality, or service.
Cultural awareness and sensitivity to connect with Guests from diverse backgrounds.
A knack for public speaking, comfortable addressing groups of all sizes.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected challenges with a smile.
Tech-savviness, able to operate electronic devices and software applications.
Impeccable organizational skills to keep the journey seamless.
Enthusiasm, proactivity, and a love for connecting with people of all ages.
Qualifications
High School degree or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Flexibility to work during peak travel seasons and attend orientation.
Willingness to travel extensively and be away from home base.
Physically capable of managing a variety of activities and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Valid passport and willingness to obtain/renew as necessary.
