They are a leading provider of innovative products and services that cater to our customer's needs. Their success hinges on finding talented individuals like you, who can identify potential customers and nurture relationships that drive sales.
What You'll Do: As an SDR, you'll be at the forefront of their sales efforts, researching leads, initiating meaningful conversations, and setting the stage for their sales team's success.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating meetings or calls between potential customers and sales executives.
- Maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects and collaborating with sales executives to progress leads further.
- Leveraging various tools and techniques such as cold calling, video prospecting, and email to generate new sales opportunities.
- Actively seeking out new business opportunities within the market.
- Representing their products and services with an in-depth understanding of their benefits and relevance to prospect's needs.
- Establishing long-term trust with prospects to qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Generating leads and building strong relationships with warm prospects while exploring new sales opportunities.
- Understanding prospect's pain points and suggesting tailored solutions to address their needs effectively.
- Providing regular reports to your manager with detailed insights on your weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
- Identifying and implementing best practices to optimise their lead generation playbook.
They are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- Proven track record as a sales development representative, achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
- Some College/Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience.
- Familiarity with Outreach or other Sales Enablement Prospecting software.
- Strong ambition to grow within a sales organization and contribute to its success.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to engage effectively via phone and email.
- Demonstrated creative problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software to manage and track sales activities.
