Job Description

ADMINISTRATIVE/PERSONAL ASSISTANT

PART-TIME | 25 TO 30 HOURS PER WEEK

LONG-TERM TEMPORARY POSITION


Imprimis is pleased to partner with a private family located in the Turtle Creek area seeking a part-time administrative/personal assistant to support the Chief of Staff with the day-to-day operations of the family’s Dallas resident and office.


FLEXIBLE HOURS | EXCELLENT WORKING ENVIRONMENT

$30/PER HOUR


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Complete weekly and monthly reoccurring items as directed by Chief of Staff
  • Receive all incoming packages and distribute accordingly
  • Wrap packages during the Christmas season per specific instructions
  • Complete errands as needed such as collecting mail at PO Box, pick up dry cleaning, package and ship items
  • Maintain office kitchen and conference room
  • Basic filing of A/P and A/R documents
  • Oversee vendors working in the residence for the duration of their work i.e., HVAC or plumbing contractors
  • Order supplies for office and residence
  • Make certain owners’ vehicles are fueled, cleaned and maintained; reporting any issues to Chief of Staff


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience with Apple products and MAC OS system a strong plus
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel helpful
  • Must live in Dallas, TX within a 20-mile radius of location
  • Must have reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and insurance
