A non-profit that connects farmers and growers to food businesses throughout the Bay Area is looking for a Executive Assistant/Project coordinator to join their team on a contract basis! In this role, you will contribute to its mission by supporting the operations and development of the community!
**Please note this is a temp role- $35-$36/h**
Onsite: Mon, Tues, Thurs
Remote: Wed & Fri
Responsibilities:
- Answer, screen, and appropriately direct calls and inquiries
- Schedule meetings, arrange spaces, ordering catering if needed
- Maintain an accurate and organized database; pull reports when needed
- Provide administrative support with travel arrangements, travel records and expense reimbursements
- Build and manage relationships with vendors and verify all comply with administrative requirements
- Manage protocol with visitors
- Undertake special projects and additional responsibilities on an ad hoc basis
- Document control: filing, managing legal documents, etc.
- Be the liaison with different areas in the organization
- Process, format, organize and proofread documents as required
Qualifications:
- Strong time management skills with a high degree of accuracy and meet deadlines
- Highly organized and attentive to detail
- Positive and adaptable attitude
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office
- Previous experience with travel arrangements and managing multiple calendars
- 4+ years of experience in a project coordination / administrative support role
