Job Description

A non-profit that connects farmers and growers to food businesses throughout the Bay Area is looking for a Executive Assistant/Project coordinator to join their team on a contract basis! In this role, you will contribute to its mission by supporting the operations and development of the community!


**Please note this is a temp role- $35-$36/h**

Onsite: Mon, Tues, Thurs

Remote: Wed & Fri


Responsibilities:

  • Answer, screen, and appropriately direct calls and inquiries
  • Schedule meetings, arrange spaces, ordering catering if needed
  • Maintain an accurate and organized database; pull reports when needed
  • Provide administrative support with travel arrangements, travel records and expense reimbursements
  • Build and manage relationships with vendors and verify all comply with administrative requirements
  • Manage protocol with visitors
  • Undertake special projects and additional responsibilities on an ad hoc basis
  • Document control: filing, managing legal documents, etc.
  • Be the liaison with different areas in the organization
  • Process, format, organize and proofread documents as required


Qualifications:

  • Strong time management skills with a high degree of accuracy and meet deadlines
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail
  • Positive and adaptable attitude
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience with travel arrangements and managing multiple calendars
  • 4+ years of experience in a project coordination / administrative support role
