Fully Remote (Hybrid In Yr 2): Controller $160K - $180K

TGG Accounting has partnered with a revolutionary mental wellness provider that is looking to add a Controller to its growing management team.

The Controller will provide financial leadership for the company as it continues its rapid growth. This position will provide leadership in driving fact-based decision-making across the company. The Controller will identify and report on business and financial trends, risks and opportunities, and advise the CFO on how the company should navigate each situation to maximize value creation. The Controller will be responsible for the design and execution of the group's finance operations including accounting, budgeting and reporting, and treasury.

Minimum Qualifications:

• CPA is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• Audit experience is preferred but not required.
• Significant experience with multiple entities and consolidated and eliminated financial reporting.
• Experience interacting with and supporting multiple operating business units.
• Work experience under Private Equity ownership is preferred but not required.
• At least 8 - 10 years of experience in finance, general ledger management, and cost accounting.
• Ability to manage accounting staff and a record of success in team settings.
