Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at Chief Probation Officers of California (CPOC). As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in managing office operations, coordinating training programs, and providing essential administrative support.

What You'll Do
Be the heart of our office and provide exceptional administrative support.
Answer phones, schedule conference calls, and take detailed notes during committee meetings.
Assist with accounts receivables and payables, ensuring smooth financial operations.
Support our dedicated team, including the operations manager, policy analyst, and executive management.
Who You Are
We are looking for a friendly, resourceful, and organized individual who thrives in a team environment. Your ability to multitask and manage complex schedules will be invaluable in this role. As an excellent problem solver with top-notch communication skills, you will find success in this position.
What We Offer
A fulfilling full-time position with flexible work hours (Monday to Friday).
Primarily remote work setup with occasional in-person meetings in downtown Sacramento.

Qualifications
Command of excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Familiarity with PowerPoint and QuickBooks is a plus.
Previous Experience In Association Management Is Preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily workflow, meet deadlines, and ensure accuracy in all assigned tasks.
Prepare memos, agendas, and emails as needed.
Provide support during calls and meetings, taking valuable notes.
Assist the operations manager with accounts receivables and payables.
Respond to inquiries and association membership requests.
Collaborate with the management team on various projects.
