We're currently looking for motivated, highly organized, and customer-service-focused candidates to fill the role of Administrative Assistant II.


The core functions and responsibilities of this position include supporting numerous members of the team, producing detailed and deadline-driven deliverables, and providing timely communication to numerous internal and external partners. A few specific responsibilities include providing administrative and scheduling support for department leadership, shipping materials for workshops, helping organize events, and assisting with the contracts and payroll process.
