Inclusively is partnering with a leading insurance software company to hire a Accounts Receivable Bookkeeper.

What You’ll Do:

• Reviewing accounts receivable aging
• Communicating and following up with customers
• Reconciling customer payment activity to bank deposits
• Assist in special projects as needed
• Collaborating and working with the accounts receivable team including the team manager
• Applying customer payments to appropriate trade receivables in accounting system

What You’ll Need to Succeed

We’re looking for someone who:

• Can work remotely or from office

Your experience should include some or all of the following:

• Minimum 1-3 years of practical accounting/bookkeeping experience
• Working knowledge of basic accounting terminology and procedures
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft products
• Bachelor’s Degree (desired) or Associate’s Degree in accounting or related fieldWe proudly support and encourage people with military experience, as well as military spouses, to apply
• Understanding of core concepts related to collections including accounts receivable, cash application, customer communication, and management

Additionally, you may have:

• Organized
• Oracle NetSuite Experience
• Familiarity with accounting for foreign currencies such as the Canadian Dollar
