WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a driven individual who will be responsible for performing AR activities and GL reconciliations including, but not limited to: cash, collections, order entry, billing management, assisting with the month end close process and other analyses and special projects as assigned.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
  • Setup and maintain customer records in our systems and other procurement systems as needed
  • Assist department with annual audit and other tasks or projects as assigned
  • Perform order entry for new contracts, up-sells and renewals into our accounting software, Intacct, and utilize Salesforce CRM for various customer and account information
  • Assist with cash forecasting and various other routine reporting
  • Continually identify process improvements within collections, order entry and AR
  • Respond and resolve accounts receivable inquiries and provide customer support to Customers and Internal Teams across the Organization including Sales, Legal and Management.
  • Work closely with AR Specialist to reconcile cash balances and assist with month end close reconciliation
  • Prepare statements and formal letters to customers
  • Develop strategies with customers and Team for resolution of delinquent accounts including negotiation of release and/or settlement agreements
  • You will be responsible for the quote to cash process including but not limited to managing billings, order entry, aging reports and collections efforts for global territories including the US, Europe and the Asia-Pacific
  • Perform various general ledger reconciliations including cash, AR, unbilled AR, and other liabilities
WHAT YOU BRING TO TEALIUM
  • You have experience working within an accounting software
  • You work well in a team environment and am able to communicate with customers, members in other departments and management in a professional manner
  • You have experience working in an accounts receivable department in a software technology company preferred
  • You are detail oriented, have excellent data entry skills, am organized and have an appetite to learn
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business preferred
  • You possess knowledge of accounting concepts, have performed general ledger reconciliations and have been involved with the month end close process. Familiarity with foreign currencies and sales tax is a plus.
  • Advance proficiency with MS Excel including formulas and pivots, Word, Outlook and strong typing skills
  • You have experience working with a CRM Solution such as Salesforce
  • You bring 1-3+ years experience with quote to cash process and have general ledger knowledge
  • You are a self-starter that can prioritize multiple projects and possess excellent time management skills
  • You possess the ability to work in a small and agile department
