Accounts Receivable Specialist - Remote | Wfh

You will play a crucial role in maximizing reimbursements by working on denied claims and incorrect insurance payments. Responsibilities
Championing denied and incorrectly paid claims, ensuring the highest possible reimbursement
Demonstrating self-motivation while tenaciously communicating with insurance representatives to resolve claim issues
Providing exceptional phone coverage and support to our valued clients
Conducting thorough research and diligently working on rejected claims
Handling medical record requests from payers and third parties with efficiency and accuracy
Entering medical data with precision and attention to detail
Offering invaluable support as a back-up to other team members
Preferred Qualifications (although Not Required)
Experience in medical billing and working with insurance carriers (a plus, but not mandatory!)
Familiarity with PPM/Bolder Anesthesia software (also a plus, but not a deal-breaker!)
Flexibility to work remotely for most tasks, making your work-life balance even better!
