Job Description
Join the rewarding, fun, family oriented Business Office team at Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land.
As an Automotive Billing Clerk, your duties will be predominantly billing related with additional duties associated with titling to support other team members.
Duties
  • Preparing electronic billing file for retail and wholesale deals
  • Lien payoffs
  • Checking all deals for accuracy
  • Logging all deals and dealer trades
  • Stocking in new and preowned inventory
  • Processing wholesale transactions
  • Account and schedule reconciliations
  • Monthly wholesale floorplan reconciliation
  • Weekly 5 day past due contracts in transit
  • Processing dealer trades
  • Pay sheets for sales staff
Qualifications
  • Previous experience with accounts receivable
  • Excellent communication and interaction skills
  • Dependable and punctual
  • 2+ years automotive billing experience in a dealership environment
  • CDK experience preferred
  • Computer experience with MS Word and Excel
  • Some knowledge of titles preferred
  • General accounting experience or working with numbers
  • Detail oriented
