Accounting Clerk - Dealership

RideNow Powersports, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking a highly organized and dependable Accounting Clerk with a keen attention-to-detail to join our team in the Golden Triangle area of Fort Worth, Texas! Responsibilities

• Review timesheets/commission for payroll processing
• Support the General Manager and department managers in cross training staff on processes and procedures
• General Ledger reconciliations
• Enter A/R payments, A/P invoices, and process vendor checks
• Post daily bank activity and totals.
• Research and review of store expenses and schedules.

Requirements

• Vehicle Title experience is a plus, but not required
• 1+ years of general accounting experience
• Ability to meet deadlines and to work well under pressure
• The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Experience with AP/AR, reconciliations, cash management and general ledger
• Experience working in a dealership environment a plus (automotive or powersports)
