Description


ENG (ENG) is a 36 year old publicly listed (NASDAQ:ENG) EPF contractor (Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication) focused on innovative delivery of, cost-effective solutions.


ENGs expertise reaches three main market verticals: Oil & Gas, Energy & Renewables, Government, Automation & Integration. Services include EPF/ C(m) (Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication and Construction (Management)) projects with a large portion of self-perform work.


Responsibilities


  • Maintains daily cash receipts report
  • Posts customer payments by recording ACH, wires, checks, and credit card transactions.
  • Manages collections and monitors A/R balances
  • Interacts with operations to ensure accurate invoices
  • Generates client invoices on a bi-weekly basis
  • Prepares weekly unbilled and A/R aging reports
  • Enters billing information into accounting system
  • Researches and responds to client billing inquiries
  • Compiles and uploads supporting documentation to client websites
  • Contacts client to obtain special billing requirements


Qualifications


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Solomon accounting software a plus
  • Professional email etiquette with good communication and grammar skills
  • Time and Material billing experience
  • Professional appearance and manner
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Lump sum billing experience
  • Strong work ethic
