Billing Specialist - Msp Experience

Motion Recruitment Partners is currently hiring for a new Billing Specialist with MSP experience which is a member of our corporate Finance department. This energetic and talented Billing Specialist is responsible for compiling and verifying invoices for billing purposes. This position is remote based and will work closely with field management and clients across North America to ensure accuracy of billing information.

In this role you will:

• Utilizing computerized accounting software program.
• Providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
• Preparing and sending accurate invoices.

Ideally you will have:

• An associate or bachelor’s degree, be a Veteran with an honorable discharge from military service, or have relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• MSP experience
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on growth.
• Experience with customer service and client communication.
• 1-4 years Billing or A/R experience.
• Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while still maintaining a cohesive team environment.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
