RT Business Solutions is a full service financial and business process consulting firm located in Union, CT. We provide end to end process management to allow small business' management teams to focus on the important technical aspects of running their operations.

Looking for an individual who can work as a team player and individually. Discretion and trustworthiness are key attributes, references and background check will be required. Applicant needs to be well organized, detail oriented, efficient, and ready to learn and thrive in a fast paced always-changing environment!

Daily tasks include but are not limited to:

• Possible travel to Clients
• Entering Journal Entries as needed
• Accounts Payable
• Invoicing
• Month End Close Procedures
• Payroll
• Depositing Funds
• Accounts Receivable
• Reconciling bank accounts
• Enter and reconcile credit card transactions

Experience:

• QuickBooks Online & Desktop (preferred) – Willing to train the right person
• Accounting Coursework (required)
• Microsoft Office (required)

Qualifications:

• Quick Learner and open to challenges as the company grows
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Work Location:

Hybrid (physical offices in Union, CT with option to work remotely after onboarding period)
