What you’ll be doing:

• Review tax reports provided by the payroll outsourcing agency and verifies accuracy
• Responds to request for information from OPERS and completes requested documentation
• Provide timely and accurate processing of biweekly payroll
• Works with payroll outsourcing agency to make changes in payroll calculations as directed
• Payroll reporting: Processing statistical reports; FTE and productivity report, OPERS monthly reporting, Social Security reporting, labor distribution and new hire status reports, monthly team status report
• Gathers statistical data each pay as required for external auditors and surveyors
• Review and calculate special check requests and ensure payments are in accordance with the personnel policy manual
• Prepare general ledger information for the accounting team
• Processes special payrolls as directed
• Process requests for payroll deductions and audits to ensure accuracy
• Implements all court ordered salary liens
• Maintains accurate records of vacation, sick, personal and holiday time

Who we’re looking for:

• Demonstrated regular and predictable attendance
• UKG Payroll Software
• 7-10 years of payroll experience
• Healthcare payroll experience
• Detail oriented
