Compensation Range: $45 - 55 per hour

We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager, with expertise in creative campaigns to ensure the successful creation and delivery of creative assets for our client.

In this role you will own the internal client relationship, work with with external agencies, lead cross-functional teams, proactively partner with marketing counterparts for quarterly planning of ongoing and seasonal campaigns, create project schedules, establish project roadmaps, and ensure on-time delivery of assets. The ideal candidate must be able to handle heavy project volume, multiple stakeholders, and multiple agency partners at any one time.
Responsibilities:

• Enhance the productivity of the Creative team through process assessment and refinement.
• Lead digital creative production through the project manager and producer team.
• Develops and optimizes processes.
• Own internal client relationship.
• Intakes works and analyzes creative budget.
• Understand the account management discipline and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of project action plans.
• Ensure project intake reflects strategic requirements and creative output delivers on the strategy.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, site merchandising, design, copywriting, content strategy, etc.) in order to ensure completion of digital creative projects.
• Communicate digital creative project progress across the organization.
• Manages change and aligns all cross-functional partners.
• Interface with external agencies.
• Ensure the timely execution and delivery of creative projects.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to others on creative and production best practices; supports and aligns efforts to meet creative objectives, as well as meet customer and business needs.
• Understand the creative process and communicate effectively with art directors, copywriters, photo and video resources .

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years experience managing vendor contracts and relationships.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience working in project management tools.
• 4-5 years experience in managing digital assets.
• Thrives, excels and remains calm in an extremely fast-paced and high-volume production environment.
• 2-3 years experience in retail environment (or other high-volume industry).
• 4-5 years experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent soft skills (influencing and communication and leadership) and proven relationship-building skills.
• 2-3 years experience focusing on creative campaigns.
• Knowledge/experience with social platforms including but not limited to: Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Pinterest).
• 4-5 years experience as an account manager.
