How YOU will make a Difference:
As the primary point of contact for clients and brokers, this role is primarily responsible for building solid relationships. This role is also responsible for the retention of clients and partners to execute on health care strategies and initiatives. Within the organization, this role is key in clearly representing client and partner needs.
This position is primarily remote, with some required in-person meetings and onsite departmental trainings a few times a month.
What YOU will do:
- Represent Client Success by participating in finalist meetings and implementations
- Brings new insights from industry events, client and broker meetings and competitor information to supplement client success strategy
- Owns preparation, delivery, and execution of client renewal strategy
- Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and demonstrate HMA value
- Recommend products and services relevant to client needs by reviewing data and listening to customer needs through regular touchpoints
- Regularly updates CRM to communicate client and broker activities across the organization
- May serve as a subject matter expert for client success functions by participating in projects as needed
Knowledge, Experience, and Key Attributes needed for Success:
- Ability to negotiate
- BA or equivalent strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal skills along with the ability to effectively communicate
- Ability to occasionally engage in community/ networking opportunities outside of normal business hours
- 1-3+ years of experience as an Account Manager in the healthcare industry or as a Benefits Specialist.
- Comfortable presenting to brokers and human resource teams.
- Presentation preparation skills
- Ability to obtain an insurance license
Compensation
The base salary for this position in the greater Seattle area is $80,000 and varies dependent on geography, skills, experience, education, and other job or market-related factors. Performance-based incentive bonus(es) is available.
